What is Saber, and why do you need it?
Saber is the Saudi platform for issuing conformity certificates for products covered by technical regulations — electrical appliances, building materials, toys, and cosmetics among them. Without a Shipment Certificate of Conformity (SCoC) issued through Saber, your shipment's customs release is held until it's completed. We check in advance whether your goods fall under technical regulations, and complete the certificate before the shipment arrives to avoid any delay.
